Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park is family owned and operated. For over 50 years, we have worked to provide a welcoming community for long term tenants. Whether through lot rentals or home rentals, our mission has been and always will be to offer comfortable living at affordable prices.

Our team at Meadowbrook includes a community manager, a leasing specialist and two full time maintenance employees. We take pride in providing top of the line service at affordable prices. We have made significant investments into the park in recent years include a substantial home renovation program and a playground and recreation area renewal.

Lot rentals are competitively priced at $285/month, while 2-bedroom homes are available starting at $695/month and 3-bedroom homes range up to $895/month.
